This is the place to stay!
Exceptional service. The view from the hotel was amazing especially when the early morning balloons started flying. Very beautiful city. Breakfast at hotel was great. There are walking distance restaurants around which are great. Most of the tours will pick you up from this hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel that is very clean and has friendly staff. Hotel staff helped us with luggage and welcomed us every time we enter the hotel. Breakfast is served at the highest floor with great view of the whole village. Great view of the hot air balloons from the room. Hotel is located high in the mountain that causes difficulties for some cars to go all the way up. But they higher the hotel is the better the view. Hotel staff booked transportation and activities for us. Very pleased with our stay and definitely would highly recommend.

We loved our stay here! It was the perfect cave hotel and had a nice view of the balloons in the morning, although we left the hotel to go into the valleys for a better view. The staff was amazing and so helpful, the breakfast was one of the best we had our entire 2 week trip, only area of improvement would be that our bathroom flooded every time we had a shower because the door didn’t meet up perfectly to close properly, but other than that, no complaints! It is also not soundproof, we heard the neighbours children early in the morning from the room next door.

I love the view of the hot air balloons from the terrace, and how friendly and willing to help the staff was. They booked our rides, helped with luggage and their breakfast was superb! They helped book all our excursions as well.

This hotel provides exceptional service! I have never received such great service from hotel staff before. They truly go above and beyond to help their hotel guests. They helped set up many of our tours and taxi transports. Rooms were beautiful and very clean, showers had hot water, comfortable beds. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
