Lovely boutique hotel in perfect spot in Polanco
The service here was outstanding. The location in Palanco is fabulous - easy access to hot spots for shopping and dining yet situated in a lovely neighborhood away from noise. My only complaint is that the noise from the bar area travels upward through the open small “courtyard” so when guests decide to be noisy and loud in the bar on the first floor you can hear them in the rooms. I found the guests staying on the floor above our room to be door slammers and noisy. Not the fault of the hotel but the design of the building amplified their noisy late night behavior. Overall loved this hotel and will return!

Only place to stay in Polanco
Stayed in top floor corner master suite 404 in closed off hall next to gym. Loved the two private terraces and big shower. Super comfortable and private. Excellent location and super friendly staff. Loved the small boutique feel with cool details. Cozy restaurant and good breakfasts. Will definitely stay there again next time I stay in Polanco area.

This place is a hidden gem in busy Polanco, tucked in a quiet street, yet within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, museums, and parks. The rooms are very nice, classy and “homey.” I’d definitely stay here again. Things to note: parking spaces are super tight. If you’re driving a large SUV, don’t even try it. There was no restaurant service during the weekend (only breakfast) assume it’s because COVID protocol.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was perfect. The location, the staff, the room, etc. Everyone was so nice. l traveled along, I walked back to my hotel at night from dinner, and always felt super safe. This hotel will definitely be my go to in Mexico City.
