O hotel é limpo e muito bem localizado, no centro de Juiz de Fora. Com exceção dos atendentes do espaço do café da manhã, o atendimento na recepção é ruim e quase inexistente. Fiquei hospedada no 11° andar e o corredor inteiro estava sem luz. Ainda que fosse algum problema com a companhia de energia da cidade, não tivemos nenhum funcionário que nos orientasse ou desse informações. Os acessórios do quarto também são escassos. São apenas 4 garrafas de água e, caso necessite de mais, o ramal no qual servem as refeições, vive ocupado. O serviço do restaurante deixou a desejar. Pedi um sanduíche que veio com a carne crua e a batata mole. Os itens de banheiro são bastante econômicos, não tem sachê de creme dental, touca de banho, tampouco de condicionador.
