We have not tried a 4*hotel with Expedia and other for years, this one was picked by my kids and the beach was nearby. We booked a suit which was tiny and a junior suit. Next day. When we book a larger suite, the staff told us it would be ready by 1pm, and the. By 2pm, still 3pm was not ready, so I was running between different places in hotel in order to make some calls. Very poor organisation. I understand we cannot expect the level of service from other places that we have been in this region such as Riche Blanche or Petit Nice, but this level of service is really not even a 4*. Hotel. A plus point, it is the staff, is kind of embarrassed by the situation, and tried to help the best they could. I just assume that we booked the wrong hotel for us. Lesson learnt.
