MINUSES:1)Although billed as having full kitchen, there is no silverware, glassware, dining or cookware available; not even a coffee maker is provided. 2) Floors have sticky spots; need thorough scrubbing. 3)Only two towels and 2 washcloths provided for entire stay PLUS: Employees tried their best to do a good job under difficult circumstances

Very good
Ok stay for good price.
It was ok. It had like a stale odor. We had to get new towels cause they wasn’t clean. I reserved a double bed and ended up with one but that always happens at hotels. We switched with a family member who only needed one bed. Staff was friendly and professional. Overall wasn’t bad.

Clean site and room. A/C unit very loud as wellas slammingof room doors. I arrived at 1:30pm and check in time is 3pm so they changed me $10.00 for early check in. I wont be returning.

Lovely hotel
I am still at the property, I expect to be here a little longer as I am awaiting an opening for permanent housing. The staff is extremely friendly, gone above and beyond for me so far. I have had a rough few months and having this staff be so amazing has helped tremendously. I would recommend Woodspring suites to anyone.

Everything was awesome. I was only confused with the fact that my husband went outside for something and forgot the room key the front host made me come all the way down just to open the door for him when I personally verified that was my husband and he knew the room number she could have let him in right?? Then it happened again with my purchase from pizza hut I received the call that my order was here and I had to come down again I'm not understanding why. My plans was not to keep leaving my room. But overall the front host (Trinity) was very friendly and polite, and showed great customer service

Good
Not the best, not the worst
It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected. The floors in our room were dirty. So was the chair. The hallway and our room were stinky. The free WiFi Internet was slow and intermittent. There were some noisy guests (loud music). The bed was pretty uncomfortable. Not much hot water so showers were just warm. The hotel personnel was very nice and helpful in general, however. Overall, if you need an extended stay in Lafayette, LA, this one is newer than the cheaper one nearby, but lacks some of the amenities (like complimentary pots, pans, dishes, and utensils). If you can afford to stay in a nicer extended stay, I would. But this one isn’t horrible and so it’s a decent value.
