The highly professional staff whom provided wonderful hospitality. The dinning buffet is pricy but worth the experience. My room was spacious, luxurious, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The Breakfast and Dinner buffet team (Mouna and others) made me feel like royalty each day. I cannot express enough how welcome I was way made to feel, from the front desk agents, to Saad/Hamid the concierge, and the dinning room team. This Hilton property has become my first choice in Casablanca.

I arrived with no plans and was thrilled to meet the team who did everything to make sure that everything i hoped for, happened and well! From Ramses who met me at the car to Sara and others at the front desk and Ismael, the concierge, EVERYONE was wonderful. I truly felt like the goal was to make my stay as unforgettable as possible. Ismael was able to help with transportation and my next hotel and little things like finding a charger. He is GREAT at his job, both kind and generous with his time. Yusef was the driver to Marrakesh and he was fantastic too, super accessible and responsive. He really went out of his way to make sure i saw what i wanted. My room was great, the hotel is beautiful and with the incredible service, I would HIGHLY recommend a stay at the Grand Mogador in Casablanca.
