Great location accessible to stores and restuarant
The hotel has 5 stars quality - clean, roomy and attentive services. It's located just outside of the Toruko National Park with a shuttle bus stop right in front of the hotel going into the park. The staff also gave good recommendations in visiting different parts of the park. It is also location near the town, thus providing access to local restaurants and shops, as well as nearby attractions such as the beach and the Pony Cafe.

The room was clean with a spectacular view of the cliff and the beach. The staff was very nice and willingly arranged a ride to and from the train station with no problem. The major issue we had was the wireless internet in our room. We were told at check in that we’d have access to our own WiFi, but as it turns out, our room did not have any WiFi signal. When we called, we were told to “steal” the WiFi signal from nearby rooms, which was extremely weak. Then on our second night of stay, the internet stopped working altogether, and it was never fixed while we were there. When we finally went down to the front desk to ask for help, we were told the technician was coming the next day to repair the internet, after we would have checked out. Again, the staff were nice, but they clearly had no idea what to do. The area where the hotel is right by the gorge, but there isn’t much to do except for a few shops. I wouldn’t recommend it unless all you’re doing is sleep in the hotel at the end of night.
