Some rooms are not suitable for guests
Yes, not the friendliest front staff. When I complained about losing my dignity when taking a poo cus my partner was lying down 1.5 meters away on the bed. She could hear everything and had to literally look away when I was pooing and wiping. I had to talk to the front staff 3 times and it took them a full day to change my room. Don't know why it took so long as they were not full (I have evidence).
The bathroom door which is 1.5 meters away from the bed, doesn't close. So if you are taking a poo, you are very exposed. Stripping you of your dignity.
Look at this chair. You literally cannot sit comfortably on this chair. When I finally got another room the next day, they had another chair that was exactly the same.
