Property itself was just ok, nothing fancy. The staff behavior while trying to confirm the booking was shocking. After taking the traveler details, she said hold on and hung up. Called back and she kept hanging up every single time once I said hello. The hotel also did not provide shuttle from the airport as they advertised.
