Excellent, clean, comfortable capsules
Originally only had one night booked for this capsule hotel but booked an extra two nights because it was so comfortable An did really all you need as a base when staying in Tokyo. Second trip in Japan and I don't think I'll stay in hotel ever again when I can have this sort of excellent comfort and services in an awesome suburb. Staff happpy to hold luggage before check in and after check out while out adventuring. Great common area to byo food and drink some to enjoy I feel not heading out. Clean bathroom areas and hair straighteners for the girls! Ideal for mates holidaying together. Seperate floors for women and men. Provided pyjamas and towels and loads of toiletries at no extra cost. Not sure if other capsules are like this though, so hopefully these guys open other beaches not in future around the city! Highly recommend and will stay again.

Great great great!
I haven't stayed at many hostels/capsule hotels but I reckon MyCUBE is hard to beat. Very new, very clean, comfortable bed and surprisingly spacious. Plenty of room for your luggage (after I put my 80cm+ suitcase in the storage area underneath the bed, there is still plenty of space left for other things). They provide: pyjamas, towels, slippers, toiletries including skincare products, shared hair dryer and shared hair straighteners. Room temperature a bit too warm for me but staff is happy to adjust the temperature in my cube. Staff speak and understand English well. Very helpful. Happy to store your luggage on your check out day. Location is great too. Right next to exit A2 of Kuramae station (Asakusa Line), about 5 mins walk to exits A5, A6 and A7 Kuramae station too (Oedo Line), and within 15 mins walk to Tobu Asakusa and Ginza line. Will definitely stay here again!

Interesting & enjoyable Capsule/Hotel alternative
A different take on the Japanese Capsule Hotel, with the level of service expected from a hotel. Each "cube" comes with light controls, a TV, a power point and a USB cable to charge your devices, along with a small safe inside the cube, and a spacious locker underneath to store valuables. Whilst it comes with a roller to draw down and give you some privacy/sleep, it does not entirely block out the light from outside the cube; an eye mask is recommended. Some might feel uncomfortable with this thought of just drawing down a curtain with no lockable door, but it only took a day to become accustomed to the idea. The hotel was recently completed less than six months ago, so all of the facilities were still in excellent condition. Showers were regularly cleaned and quickly supplied hot water. Towels and nightwear are supplied fresh each day, in addition to being supplied numerous amenities for use in the bathrooms. Breakfast is served for 700 Yen as of the time of this writing every morning; I purchased it with my accommodation. A little lacking in variety and more continental focused than other Japanese hotels, but no less value for money given it is buffet style. Easy to enjoy some croissants with rice/corn flakes, milk and a few coffees before the start of the day. Each to recommend if you're traveling solo and/or want to rest somewhere for a few days. Not too far from JR Asakusa-bashi Station, giving you access around Tokyo and beyond. A good stay!
