The staff was amazing! Here everyone was so nice and helpful. It’s such a change from what I’ve come to expect in the US where customer service is so bad. Nice to see some places still provide excellent customer service. The bed was actually comfortable and I slept well which is often an issue for me when traveling. Hotel was quiet at night which can be difficult to find. The rooftop area is beautiful to hang out at night and enjoy a drink and their prices are very reasonable for drinks too. Overall one of the best stays I can ever remember having somewhere. I would definitely stay here when I come back.

A gem of a boutique hotel!
The staff at this hotel were always on hand to help to ensure our stay was a comfortable as it could be. No ask was too big for them. From booking transport, to booking spa services other than those in the hotel. The cute rooftop bar by the pool offers a superb view of the CNY fireworks (and I'm sure for NYE too). Tucked away from the busy roads in district 1, but within walking distance of areas to dine, the major sights (Opera House, Post Office, Notre Dame etc.), it's a gem of a hotel and I would definitely stay here again!
