Accommodation in good condition and hygiene; good location that allows easy access to the main avenues and ring roads, which ensures access to the attractions of Belo Horizonte and neighboring cities. However, the traffic on these avenues is heavy and there are many trucks, so it requires great care and defensive driving because most do not observe safe distance and I witnessed an accident between a passenger car and a truck for not following these rules. The breakfast is excellent with hot protein; cheese derivatives, various fruits and fruit juices, carbohydrates, which allows you to prepare a fitness meal. There is a fitness room with gym equipment in good condition. The staff is attentive and prepared to provide support and information about attractions. There is a problem not linked to the hotel: the presence of drug addicts near the Angola viaduct

No site informam que tem estacionamento...mas eles alugam as vagas e deixam os hospedes sem ter onde estacionar. Deixei um cartão conectado no quarto para geladeira ficar funcionando porque havia remedio e produtos e os funcionarios desligaram tudo. Fiquei em dois hotéis da mesma rede com uma diferença de apenas uma semana, e as experiências foram completamente diferentes: no primeiro, foi 10/10 - o que me fez criar uma boa expectativa. Porém, nesta estadia foi bem decepcionante. Talvez pelo alto movimento, o hotel estava meio caótico, um check-in confuso, agitado e barulhento... na recepção fomos informados que o estacionamento estava lotado e que o estacionamento era "de acordo com a disponibilidade", o que não estava claro no momento da reserva. Ao chegar no quarto, observamos que o banheiro não estava limpo. O chão estava sujo e tinha um tapete sujo jogado em cima da pia. A minha impressão foi de que alguém começou a arrumar / preparar o quarto, mas não finalizou. Como ficaríamos apenas por duas diárias, eu não esperava que tivesse nem fazia questão de arrumação no quarto, porém quando retornamos ao hotel, percebemos que alguém esteve no quarto. Tiraram a única toalha de rosto e não colocaram outra no lugar e a cama foi arrumada de uma forma que minha sobrinha de 9 anos faria infinitamente melhor. Basicamente puxaram o lençol, de forma bem desleixada. De novo, pareceu que alguém começou a arrumar e não terminou. Ficou uma sensação de total falta de cuidado com as pessoas que estavam hospedadas ali. Chuveiro excelente, ar condicionado, TV e wi-fi funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã ok, mas também bastante caótico: cheio e barulhento.
