rooms were supposed to be interconnecting but they were next to each other. Was supposed to be 2 beds but there was only 1, apparently those rooms were currently being refurbished. Room was very clean. Long walk to Shinjuku station would stay closer to station next time. Room small but similar size to other rooms in the area

Good 6.0
booked rooms with 2 beds and interconnecting. When we got there it was 1 double bed and rooms were next to each other but not interconnecting. They told me they only had rooms with double bed other rooms were being renovated. Also interconnecting only meant next to each other. Hotel is near police station so sirens all night. Could hear people talking all night even though we were on level 5. Room was small but similar size to other hotels for that area. Would stay closer to station next time. Room was clean

Great location and amazing staff
Stay was great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The bathrooms are very small. Using it can be quite uncomfortable

Nice place!
Great place to stay with excellent service. Room was a bit cramped so might be a bit tricky for those with big suitcases like us. Nice area as lots of restaurants and other various things to do such as claw games. Overall, it was a lovely experience.

The room is extremely small - smaller than the average ones in Tokyo. The station is quite far from the hotel.

Recent stay
Only poor thing about the entire stay was the size of the room. You couldn’t have 2 suitcases open, or even 1 for that matter. Otherwise, friendly staff, clean hotel good location. Breakfast wasn’t as many options as the poster would indicate.

Nice little place.
This was a great little hotel by Tokyo standards. Yes the rooms and bathrooms were tiny, but unless you're paying $500 a night, this is typical of Tokyo. The hotel was clean and tidy, was in a great location in Shinjunku and close to both metro stations, plenty of restaurants, shops etc. There is no lobby or communal area in this hotel, but there is a small restaurant. Staff spoke and understood basic English, enough to get by. Unlike the nearby ANA hotels who wouldn't even let me store my bag for a few hours, Premium Hotel Cabin allowed an early check in and also held my bag for 9 hours after checkout the following day. Great value for money for those looking to stay in central Tokyo.
