Very disappointing for a resort type stay. Room smelled clean, but with a Clorox type smell. Wooden furniture had abundance of dust bunnies viewable on underside when sitting on couch. The bathroom-even my 10 year old granddaughter commented- was extremely small. Iron and ironing board one of the first things to notice kept on wall in plain sight as you exit room. The TV had purple tint. They did send someone to check- said he couldn’t help. Blamed it on not being able to get replacements. Could have dealt with this if room had not cost so much. The carpet in room and halls was nasty, very old looking. Had loose wrinkles in middle of hallway. The coffee was awful. No where to get any decent coffee in morning time. Starbucks was on site, but never open when we needed. The couch sunk down from overuse. The air conditioner was never constant. You might freeze with it on 74 one minute and burn up with it set on 68 the next.
Both faucets at sink leaked to point of keep vanity wet and room smelling musky, yucky. The water park was enjoyed, which is primary reason we booked here. But $5 for a $.75 frozen pop was way to expensive for a family. In our 40 years of family vacations, we were never able to spend as much in earlier years on this type stay. How unfortunate when we are able to pay, only to find out our less expensive stays were just, if not more enjoyable. I could not recommend this site for anyone to stay. One of the best things it had going was a friendly welcoming staff
