Nice and comfortable hotel, will come back!
Hotel room is very clean and nice. Bathroom is generally bigger than other places in Japan which is very good! Received small gifts from hotel which is also a bonus for this hotel! The breakfast is very nice too! Everything went smoothly! Staffs are very polite. Definitely recommend to stay and we will come back again!

Poor
Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in japan - avoid
After years of travel in JP this is by far worst hotel - AVOID Dirty rooms - dust on furniture, extremely worn furniture and awful stench in the room Internet - does not work! Takes min to load a simple website. Like being back in the 90s.... unacceptable for this price point and particularly in JP Location terrible too - surrounded by dodgy people and dodgy gambling venues and what looks like other places of questionable standing - while only 15min walk from decent area (Namba) there is nothing decent to eat within 10min walk of the hotel

Very good
The location is not optimal, with a pachinko and a large parking area next to it. The hotel itself was nice and clean, and the price is reasonable.

For Me the location is an ideal place of stay for travelers seeking convince, comfort, and access to the city during their trip.

great stay
Big room and bath the toilet is separate from the bath so it’s big for Japanese standards, breakfast buffet was good service was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping only downside is not really near a subway /train but otherwise a great stay

A good stay
Comfy bed, quiet, good room amenities, good breakfast, 700m (10 mins walking) from Namba parks. Hotel just right beside Kurasushi.... Rooms on the small side though...but when u are in Japan...u spend more time out enjoying the sights, sounds and food..and its good to come back to a quiet and comfy room.

Quite spacious and good location. When we checked out we left a mobile phone behind, received a message on Expedia from the hotel about the phone and they kept it for us until we came back. Good experience overall. Also offer halal breakfast menu

Poor
I stayed with my friends and used 4 rooms, However mine’s and the other room’s bathroom condition was terrible. Smell was a kind of dipper... And l found a hair in the bath room...

Good
The location is good, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the cleanliness condition of the room is quite a problem. There is a lot of dust in the room, e.g. on the top of the TV cupboard, on the back panel of the bed, etc. And there is also a kind of musty smell in the room that is very unpleasant to the occupants.
