Worth it
It is fairly pricey but worth it. The restaurant on site does amazing seafood. The glamping tents are set out beautifully. Towards the end of Tulum beach but walking distance to some restaurants and bars.

Barefoot Naturista!!!#*
From arrival to departure, no complaints! The location, accommodation and staff has you earthed and relaxed amidst this earthly piece of heaven. I opted for the deluxe tent, stunning.....I am a lover of outdoor showers, this was one of the best! Drinks and food truly delectable, experience heightened by relaxed cushions on floor dining option! Appreciated the free bikes to get out and discover Tulum to then return to bar, beds, beanbags on beach! Just can’t rave enough about this place!!!💋

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel bikes that were free to hire were particularly convenient

This place is amazing!
From the jungle to the beach, this place was more than we expected. I am so please that we decided to stay here for a week at the end of our Mexico trip. Staff were all outstanding and super helpful. It is such a relaxing place, perfect to end a trip around Mexico with. With morning yoga near the beach, beds and beanbags on the beach with table service it makes it very hard to leave. The outdoor seafood restaurant is really good quality and the "beach menu" has an amazing Tuna burger, must try! While this is one of the last resorts on the long strip, restaurants along this road were easily accessible and you have free use of bikes while staying there. While a lot of restuarants are standard prices for this area (expensive ini terms of Mexico) you can find more authentic food (& reasonable prices) at La Eufemia which was a favourite of ours while staying there. Again if you want cheap seafood in town then head to El Camello Jr, be prepared to wait about 20 min for a seat but worth it.

Worse service in the Jungle
I will never stay stay again at this property. I wouldn’t recommend any family or friends staying here. I booked two hotel rooms for a girls trip to celebrate our milestone birthday. I planned ahead and communicated several times with the reservations department. On arrival we were not greeted by the front staff ( women) desk clerks. They ignored us until I had to say something. Several people were allowed to go in front of us. One of the desk clerks told the bell man to take another patrons luggage before ours! After waiting over 30 mins to get to the room all of our luggage and belongings were soak in wet from waiting in the rain. We were not greeted with drinks like I heard other customers get. We weren’t even greeted with a smile. Upon entering my room my lights in the pool didn’t work, and I didn’t have any hot water. My friends room didn’t have any hot water or any lights working. We called the front desk and they said someone from maintenance would come. We waiting three hours and I called again an another clerk said I had to wait until the next day. I asked to be moved to another room and they told me they didn’t have any rooms. I don’t understand how you don’t have any rooms when you can’t be at 100% capacity with the covid recommendations? The restaurant staff was also rude and non accommodating to our group we watched and waiting everyone being serviced but us. Everyone morning we had to ask several times for our coffee to be served. I would never stay again.

Poor 2.0
Covid Policy
I was unable to enjoy the stay due to covid travel restrictions. I understand a strict cancellation policy but I had hoped for a partial credit, or at least a discount on a future stay. They took my money for the entire stay and I was left with nothing.

Poor 2.0
If u like to pay $500 /night to sleep in an actual tent, while getting violated by mosquitoes, getting ready w/ the brightest bulb being that of a nightlight, (had to get ready in friends room next door at casa malca where they have proper lighting), walking barefoot outside on rocks to go to the bathroom/shower, then this hotel is for u. Also don’t leave ur things in the bathroom b/c the rain will ruin it, along with soggy TP. My experience was anything but what I’d expect from a 4 star hotel, from the moment I checked in w/the lady at the front desk. The people in front of me were complaining how rude she was because she was handling a phone call, (completely taking her time), while a line of people waited to be checked in. I didn’t understand his frustration, (thought she was just busy), until it was my turn. I stood in front of her while she fumbled around doing “other duties,” literally ignoring the fact that we were in front of her for 20 minutes. Zero urgency in anything she was doing, almost as if she was taking her time. However my tipping point was when I almost got ran over while riding their shady bike because the chain fell off, (while peddling), causing my breaks to not work while heading directly into a cluster f*k of traffic. I was told on several occasions by the manager that he was going to figure out a refund, (these were not my only issues), with Expedia until the day I left for the airport. Once home, I get an email stating they will not refund me.

Good 6.0
Nomade is a beautiful property to stay at. The food and drinks are delicious. The rooms are clean. The experience is like other places in Tulum with a jungle feel to it. I got a tent and I wouldn't recommend anyone to get that unless you want to sleep with insects. Asked for an upgrade with a fee every day, but was ignored. Every night, I got bit all over my body, while sleeping. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was given repellent, but still no upgrade. The hotel was not full, so I'd definitely only complain about the staff ignoring my needs. Would be willing to try it again as long as I am not in a tent.
