У нас был поздний заезд (в 5 утра).Приходим на рецепцию -нам заявляют -мы вас не ждали,но пока поселим в свободный номер,завтра переселим в более просторный (мы бронировали номер фемили)-ок.Далее был завтрак (отдельная песня),затем нас переселяют с оговоркой, что не видят нашего бронирования :), хотя сумму за проживание называют из нашей брони.Нам был предоставлен более просторный номер, но не сьют (фемили), который мы изначально бронировали...Далее по процедуре оплаты-можно картой? -Конечно можно,только мы с вас снимем доп-но 18%:). Все пять дней отель простоял практически пустой (при том ,что нам заявлялось о его полной резерваации.Теперь завтрак -скудный, все холодное, посуда не убирается,предлагаемое не пополняется,при этом в зале трется человек 5 персонала, которые занимаются межсобойным трепом в основном (не понимаю -куда руководство смотрит). В целом отель ок,бассейн ок,уборка ок.Все внимательны и любезны,но осадочек остался...
