This could not have been a better experience. The owners are gracious, and friendly yet they know when to give you your privacy. Their home is well located...an easy walk to the restaurants and shops as well as some walking trails. They provide a wonderful hot breakfast in the morning with all the trimmings. They have a huge games room as well as a kitchen and eating area (indoors or out). Thank you so much for a lovely stay...we will be back.

This Bed and Breakfast is like a 5 star resort in a beautiful new home overlooking a river. The bedroom was very comfortable, complete with an incredible tiled ensuite with a tub, walk in shower, two sinks and plush towels. There is a private entrance to your bedroom downstairs, where you have full use of a rumpus room, fully equipped with every sort of games table imaginable, a TV centre and a kitchen. There is also a walk out patio with comfortable seating and more game areas! You top off your stay with a gourmet breakfast, prepared for you, at your requested time, by the friendly hosts! Definitely the nicest B&B I have stayed in!

Did not expect this level of accomodation in Grand Forks for the price. Great breakfast, location, though city was still recovering from earlier flooding and limited for amenities.

Amazing property and stay
A truly exceptional property with all the amenities you could hope for. A very spacious room with private bathroom with an amazing shower. The location is very quiet and peaceful right on the river. We were sad to leave as only spent the one night here. We would highly recommend this property and will very much like to return for a longer stay to enjoy more of what the property had to offer. Great games room with pool, table tennis and much more in and outdoors. Sean and Kathy were amazing hosts and provided a made to order cooked breakfast. Thanks you

Spotlessly clean large home at the edge of the Granby River. 2 suites in basement available for rental plus shared bar area/kitchen/games room etc. Outdoor patio, above ground pool also available for guests. Good hosts will make you very welcome. Hot breakfast available to order.

Fantastic accommodations. Very roomy bedroom with luxury bathroom. The bonus of staying here was the access to the great room with snooker table, ping pong table, shuffle board and more! We had a fabulous night. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely will be back.

The rooms and common space were beautiful and clean and full of activities (foosball, ping pong, pool and more). Outside, a clear river runs past the property with a private sandy beach. It was a peaceful and beautiful property, and the hosts were extremely gracious, friendly and accommodating. Wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend a stop here!
