3rd time staying here. Nothing has changed, so rooms were good. Pool is good. Area is nice and quiet. Always my place to stay when I am in Pattaya.

Building is dated and in need of a good sprucing up. Air conditioner had electrical fault, kept sparking and smelt but kept working. No card facility in bar/restaurant. Pool was great but more shade would be better.

Good location. Good value. Big rooms. Lots of pools. Building deteriorating a little, but exc. value. Very good value hotel private taxi service. 1300 Bangkok airport, or 1600 thb Bangkok each way.
