    Hotel had bad smell. Staff was rude. Asked for room to be cleaned and it was not. Will never stay at a sleep inn again.

    The beds are so hard my back was killing me when I got up. The water didn’t drain when taking a shower and it was hard to get the water to a temperature. The remote batteries where completely dead so we had to go get batteries to watch tv. Last thing it smelled so bad when we walked in and in the room.

    When i made the reservation the room description said that the room had a living room. When i got to the room and saw that it did not have one i called the front desk and he simply told me the room type i booked did not have a living room. He did not offer to make it right. I went back on Expedia and confirmed that the room type i booked did in fact state that it had a living room.
