Our room was flooded by some idiots at 5am… we had to move room. Expected a complimentary drink at least fir the hassle the next day !! Never really sure who was in charge ? Manager etc !

Anniversary Stay
The room size and facilities was a pleasant surprise upon arrival, very impressive, however, we were left disappointed by a number of features. The toilet flush was broken and inadequate, which lead to an injury upon using and no toilet brush was provided either. The air conditioning was over complicated to use, and left a damp smell when returning to the room, so decided against using in the future. We had the inconvenience of having to reset our room cards on two separate occasions. Disappointed with the lack of Bill Shankly memorabilia and disappointed to see timeline on the ceiling covered up. Returned early one evening to find that the bar was not even open for residents. Staff were all very friendly and helpful
