The location was great, the management was thoughtful and responsive and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The pool was spectacular! I would definately stay here again.

Don’t spoil your impression of Colombo!
Dirty place. Smell of naphthalene everywhere. That place didn’t cost that money. 1 sm lay of dust on the fridge. Bats on windows on 26th floor! Grey walls. Awful bed clothes. It was our first place in Sri Lanka - we were afraid that on the island all place would be like that - expansive and awful, but luckily we were wrong. We don’t know who wrote all good reviews the place is really awful - don’t spoil your impression about Colombo staying here! The good thing was only WiFi and swimming pool.

Family apartment.
Lovely Lady met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment. Apartment has all the facilities for a family eg.washing machine, big fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. Wi- fi very good. Swimming pool and mini-supermarket brilliant. Close to restaraunts. The only thing that lets this apartment down is the noise from outside during the night. Very hard to sleep, bring earplugs. Lady met us again on departure day to hand over keys.

Really enjoyed my time here. There is a lady who specifically comes to check you in. I didn’t realise that electricity wasn’t included in the price but we agreed to base consumption on the electricity meter and in the end I wasn’t charged as the amount was so low. The place was spacious and had tv, cooker, washing machine etc. I didn’t use any of these appliances as I was out a lot but would be useful for a family. I really enjoyed my stay in on3twenty. It’s in a nice central spot of Colombo so easy to get anywhere and all the three wheeler and taxi drivers know it so it’s easy to get back!

God lejlighed med lækkert poolområde
Der er ingen reception tilnyttet lejligheden, det er indtrykket at lejligheden er privat ejet. Derfor skal man være opmærksom på at tage kontakt med ejeren for at angive forventet ankomstidspunkt. Når du ankommer til lejlighedskomplekset ringer du til ejeren som kommer og overdrager nøgler, der betales depositum. Vær opmærksom på at der også skal betales for rengøring og el.
Der er et lækket pool område tilknyttet lejligheden. I nærheden er der en Pizza Hut og supermarked.

Appartement situé au 26 eme étage d'un immeuble luxueux
2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un grand séjour et une cuisine
2 piscines extérieures et salle de sport situées au 6 eme étage
Dépôt d'une caution de 150 USD ou équivalent en roupies € non acceptés
Électrique en supplément ( environ 10 € pour 2 jours en faisant tourner la climatisation la nuit)
Les clés ne sont remises qu'à partir de 14 h, le propriétaire envoie un mail avant le sejour
