The staff at CitySuites serviced Apartments in Manchester were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out off their way to assist in servicing my business request for copying and scanning of a document when I needed it. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. Generally Okay, but a few issues.
We got there on friday early evening, the lady on reception was helpful and welcoming. First impressions were good, the room was clean and the bathroom was modern and spacious. However we didn't have a few basic things. Two shampoos in the bathroom with no shower gel, no slippers, no hairdryer and the Nespresso machine wasn't working. Again reception were helpful, and a hairdryer was waiting for us when we got back. However nothing else was sorted out. The pool area was lovely and on the most part quiet. Towels were available 2 out of 3 times, luckily we brought down a towel each time just in case.

We have just come back from our stay at CitySuites and we absolutely loved it! We visited the hotel to celebrate my birthday, when we arrived we were told we’d be on the 14th floor, as a result of this, and I was also given a card wishing me a happy birthday. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, anything we needed they brought up to our room. The breakfast at Embankment Kitchen was always lovely and we loved the swimming pool/jacuzzi. We will definitely return, we absolutely loved our stay and could not fault the staff or hotel. Thank you for making my birthday so special!

Poor communication and service
Poor communication: "cashless" place but no mention of it prior to booking, no water bottles at hotel, no converters for north America. Yelled at by clerc because checking out few mins late. Checkins was at 4? Ridiculous, never again.
