Stay in Tralee lodge
It was very comfortable , very clean rooms reception area cozy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, shower could do with a small shelf to put bits. Friendly staff, they make you feel at home . Will definitely go back

Nobody greeted us at reception, and I was called when we were having dinner in a noisy restaurant to find out if I had checked in. There were no hand towels in the room, no bathroom bin, no bathmats, no kettle, only one glass for two people, no shampoo and the sign for the emergency exit was hung on the door upside down.

Don’t Stay Here
Don’t book This Hostel I made a booking for a family trip fri/sat last I found out my Mother was very ill And could not make the trip I tried to cancel by calling manager Mathew but he would NOT cancel My booking That I made 15 minutes before I even tried to cancel through hotels .com no joy I work in the travel industry and especially at this time they should have a special policy in place So AVOID at all costs Don’t get ripped off like I did

unfortunately this place was more than disappointing. I booked the tralee holiday lodge based on the advertised continental breakfast, as i have two kids to think of, and the advertised double bed!!!! When i got there i was informed there was no breakfast due to covid-19, even though restaurants are back open. That was just the start, the double bed was a 4ft bed, i tight squeeze for two adults. On day two i went for a shower and the water was cold. I then had to ask for the hot water to be turned on as i had to shower the kids. By day three no room cleaning was carried out and i had two request fresh towels. I certainly would not recommend this property for a family holiday.

Cosy clean hotel in a good location
The rooms were perfect for a family with kids bunk beds. Location is good but parking would be problem except on Saturday nights where you can leave the car in the park across the road for free after 5/6.
