Perfect views and lovely staff
The hotel is beautiful and you really can't beat the views from the pool and restaurant area. The staff were all lovely and helpful. The location is ok, possible to walk to a few places but towards the other direction there are no sidewalks at all so really need to have a scooter or get a taxi. The restaurant at the hotel is only ok, quite over priced though and the breakfast was so average that we ended up not bothering and just went elsewhere for nice coffee and food.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The staff is amazing , the go out of there way to accommodate everything you need. The rooms are fantastic and so comfortable. The food was great we had breakfast included and so glad we did. We eat dinner there several nights and it was delicious. The location was great walk to many things. If this place isn’t rated as a 5 star resort it should be. When we come back to town we will definitely be staying here again.

The location of this resort is incredible and the view is out of this world, I could never get bored of sitting by the main pool looking out at the 180degree views of the ocean. The pools are also amazing, although there were meant to be 3 but 1 was demolished which you don't find out until you arrive. And the service is very good although many of the employees were trainees, so things were slow. The restaurant food is very overpriced for what it is but the breakfasts are good. The rooms are small and dark and there seems to be an issue with plumbing which makes the rooms damp and mouldy - the stone walls are literally growing thick mould and our bed sheets smelt of mould and had mould on them. The showers and bathroom floors are unhygienic as the water just sits under timber slats, which rot because they have turned soft. Everything falls under the guise of eco-friendly but the prices should reflect this and it needs to be explained on the website and not only during the walk through from front desk.

We had a mixed experience at Suarga Padang Padang. We were 4 people with one kid and had booked 2 villas. This was our 1st stay in Bali. The day we checked in after a very early flight and wanted to rest the aircons of both the villas were not functioning. We first thought that since we just checked in cooling is taking time however it didnt work and finally we were provided different rooms in the evening. Surprisingly both the room had same issue. I wish the management would have checked the rooms before allocating as you dont want to end up in such situation after your long flight travel. The rooms that were latter allocated to us had lots of noise from vehicle passing by through the nearby road. This kind of experience for the amount we paid for our 3 days stay was unexpected. The place has amazing dining and infinity pool area facing the beach. I think this is the best part of the property. It is very peaceful. The breakfast is good but not elaborative in general what you get at this price. Staff is nice and there to help. There are no phone in the room for room service so that becomes slightl inconvenience but definitely manageable It is may be 100 m away from padang padang beach so thats the plus point. However if you think that beach has a long stretch to take a stroll etc than that is not the case. The place has quite a number of good restaurants near by to explore. We loved visiting "the place has no name" and had great dining experience there.

This property is a dream! Beautiful ocean views from the two pools of the property. Staff and service was outstanding they go up and beyond to make sure you have the best stay. Be advised that the rooms have no TVs and AC is only in the actual bed but that’s the beauty of this property to be able to disconnect from the outside world. Highly recommend!
