    Nice hotel on main road

    Very nice room and facilities, however main road location comes with its drawbacks - lots of emergency vehicle sirens. And sirens are very loud in Munich. Could have been so frequent because Oktoberfest so may not be as much of an issue at other times. And the room was so warm. Even with the window open we could not get it to cool down. It’s not a permanently manned hotel like others. The reception is meant to open at 12pm but no one was there until 12.30. Otherwise a really great location, clean room, and really liked it.

    We understood the innovative new concept of staying here however it was not worth what we paid. Great location. Terrible bed and pillow. Bed bugs. Very small space to live in. Poor aicpnditioning and can’t open the window. Overall disappointed.

    Good stay except dusty room

    Great location. Train front of the hotel. Easy to find food, shopping and tourist spots. My room was not vacuumed quite dusty hence made my allergy worse. Friendly staff.

    Building is under construction. Walking in is very confusing because the hotel is not the only place in the building as it’s shared with doctor offices and whatnot. Also the carpeting is covered with torn up carpet covers so as to not get the real carpet damaged from the construction. It doesn’t get in the way, but it makes for a very questionable stay. The room on the other hand was very cozy. Not much room to even have a party for 1 but I made do in my 3 night stay. Had to store luggage under the bed and counter.

    I've been coming back here for the last 8 years. The rooms has everything you need, plus free breakfast to go. The hotel is very convenient to Marienplatz and Hofbanhof. Very clean and beautiful rooms.
