Nice service. Could have been cleaner.
The staff at the desk were very nice. The room was not very clean. There was still hair from a previous person around the toilet, the bed spread looked like it had moldy spots on it, the floor had obviously not been swept well. The shower handle was dangling and actually fell off. There were no wash rags in the room. You get what you pay for I guess but cleanliness shouldn't be an option.

When I arrived the office was door was locked, but the sign said open and this was at 7:00 pm. A couple minutes later the desk clerk showed up. The room was outdated. 2 lamps weren't plugged in, one lamp had a damaged plug end. The bed was comfortable and the television was new. The WiFi was good. The bathroom had mold and mildew at the top of the shower next to the ceiling. The exhaust fan was dusty.

Very basic older room
This is a very basic motel. Room was fine for a one night stay, but wouldn't stay for an extended trip. Older room that was kind of dirty and had a slight cigarette smell to it. It had a coffee pot, but they didn't provide the coffee. Low shower pressure and no shampoo/soap. It was right on the river and had a balcony that overlooked the river which was nice.

We did not enjoy our stay at all. We got there late the first night and was tired from driving and couldn’t sleep for people running up and down the metal stairs outside, housekeeping started early and two different ones knocked on our door twice with a do not disturb sign up, the pillows were flat, beds were not comfortable,our blanket had holes all in it, the room was not clean at all. The bathroom was gross and there were cobwebs all over the room. We were not satisfied at all and will not be visiting again.

Nice place. Found hairs all over the room. In bathroom, alot on bed sheets, found an old shirt and clothes behind chair. Nice place but the cleaning crew needs to do a better job.

When we checked in we only had 1 wash cloth also the bath tub had hair in it and the carpet had little pieces of paper in it as if it had not been vacuumed.

The room wasn’t entirely clean, I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom and all surfaces. Also there was a wall lamp that had the cord wired directly into the wall socket, without a plug on the end, this made me very uncomfortable.
