Had a wonderful stay here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Accommodation was excellent, very clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared with a good variety by way of choice. Highly recommended.

Very friendly reception when we arrived. We had a very nice room. Beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Nice little garden outside the breakfast room window. Landscape around the property was very well maintained. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Comfortable, modern, good value.
Great option in this area. Very new and modern building, very clean room. My room was on the top floor on the corner and was therefore very quiet, which is important for me. Lots of space to hang clothes and store other items, plus a little desk space perfect for getting work done. The location (as per the name) is right next to the river; though you can't see it, you can walk to it in under a minute, and you can also walk in a minute or two to the pub, pizza place, etc. (Pudding Row Cafe is, sadly, currently closed.) Breakfast was filling. Parking was easy. Great value. I'd definitely stay again. The only two (small) suggestions would be to include a top/flat sheet on the beds for people who get too warm with the duvet, and to add an umbrella to one of the cute picnic tables on the lawn so that people can enjoy while it's raining!

Good clean accommodation. As a 30 year old couple was a little quiet for our liking but the hosts did direct us to near by pubs where we could have a couple pints before bedtime. Very friendly and accommodating

This was easily the greatest nights stop of our ten days in Ireland. The room was incredibly clean, even when I had to reach under the bed for a dropped item it was still completely clean. The room was spacious, really well decorated, and comfortable. Carol was lovely and breakfast was delicious. There was even regular brand shampoo and conditioner here which was not common in the other B&Bs we stayed at. Stay here!

Friendly hosts, clean facilities with kettle in room, excellent breakfast. The bedroom was adequate, but not suitable for sitting or working in. A guest lounge is available for this. The location is good for the village and a 10-15 min work to the castle and surf beach.
