Distinctly average
I arrived by car and parked on the third level, only for hotel guests. I then, however, had to take my 6 year old and 6 month old baby in her car seat all the way down to the ground floor to check in. I went down in a lift and was 'spat out' in the middle of the busy shopping mall with no signs to indicate where the hotel reception was. We had to wheel our suitcase through shoppers and eventually found the check in desk. The room was large and pleasant, but freezing. The AC very noisy. In the morning my shower was lukewarm at best. The breakfast room did not look at all inviting (and was also poorly signposted and was found after yet another walk through the shopping mall). We left without breakfast.

Isolated location but good if you have a car
This is my second stay, which I guess says something. Room is comfortable and clean. Wifi is a bit hit and miss. Well appointed - usual stuff and nice to have a fridge with water replaced daily. Local area - there is a small shopping centre underneath the hotel, with restaurants, food shops, a cinema and plenty of free parking. A bit isolated though - not within walking distance of anywhere else.

The only problem I had was the hotel reception. It was too small (similar to those of a budget hotel, not quite appropriate for a hotel with Garden Sentral's standard.) and it was too far away from the parking.

It was an average experience overall. The staff were friendly. There was no rubbish bins in our room, went out of the room and there was a staff around so we asked for one and they said that our room was a 'blocked room' that's why our room has no rubbish bins and the "make up room' sign cannot be turned off. My sleep was great tho. This is a place to relax if you want to go on a weekend off the busy life. Went for a swim too, the pool was 1.2m deep so kids cant really swim by their own (safety concerns). The lifts to go to the floor had to be accessed using keycard which was good for security. Parking space was spacious. Breakfast was good. Wifi was excellent at first but turns out bad after few hours. Cleanliness was good, just few stains on the floor in our room that i think cannot be removed? Thats all i can say i guess.

Clean, spacious hotel, good value.
Good place to stay provided you have transport to where you will be working. Otherwise it's a bit isolated, though the tiny shopping centre and supermarket downstairs are handy for forgotten items. Some good food as well (though the hotel breakfast was poor). Wifi in my room was a bit hit and miss and this is obviously an important thing when travelling.
