    Excellent hotel in the Bavarian countryside

    Excellent hotel in the Bavarian countryside. I liked the large rooms and services including the hotel pool and the adjacent large pool and spa. Excellent hotel staff and very good breakfast. Convenient underground parking. Fast WiFi. Best to have a car for this location as local sites are farther away.

    Spa hotel, well appointed, next to thermal baths

    The most important thing about this hotel is the excellent connection with the walk way to the magnificent thermal baths and saunas next door. I can't particularly see why you would stay here unless these facilities were of some interest, but even if they are not, this hotel is well appointed, has an excellent bar and restaurant and all the rooms are commendably spacious.

    Nice place to rest for a music festival trip

    In a trip going to Lichtenfels for a music festival, this place was a great oasis away from the chaos. It is right next to the thermal area and it even includes a few hours a day as part of your visit. Two very important things not listed here that could be improved is that the breakfast ends at 10 AM sharp, and the employees start cleaning up 15 minutes before. This is quite annoying and rude as there are very few things left for you to eat. Just advertise that it ends at 9:45 AM instead. The second issue was with the checkout time of 11 AM, which is not posted where you book and they only have a small sign in German that indicates this.
