8/10 Very good

We had a very comfortable stay for a family trip. The beds are extremely comfortable and we enjoyed the included continental breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool is very small. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will consider it for future trips!

10/10 Exceptional

We had a lovely room on the second floor with a view of the lake, partially blocked by trees. The king size bed, fireplace, jacuzzi, comfortable chairs, and spaciousness of the room were much appreciated. The friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff were the best part of staying at the Inn. Kathy, Tammy, and Chloe went above and beyond to help with my gluten-free needs and to provide us with driving directions, restaurant suggestions, etc. The other staff we encountered were very helpful and cheerful as well. A first-rate staff all around.

2/10 Poor

Stay away if you want quality and kindness. . I am a World traveler and in 25 years this is the worst experience we have ever had. Honestly without exaggerating. Dark, dusty room, smell of cooking all night and vibrations/loud voices from bar under our room. Pillows smelled musty and polyester bedding was not smelling fresh at all. The housekeeper was also the manager and receptionist. She also told us at check in our request for quiet room was granted. Totally the opposite was true. When we had issues about smells, vibrations, she called us rude and asked us to leave before we were officially checked out.! The customer service does not exist here - don't understand who would say it's a quality address.

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful spot, huge room with balcony and fireplace, nice staff, easy parking, good restaurant for dinner, and great massage at the spa. Only downsides were that breakfast was lighter than most other hotels, the shower head didn’t fit the shower space, and the TV was tiny.
