Not Happy
It was not so good because there's no service slippers, service towel and the heater is not working properly. They close the door at 23:00, turn off the lights and you can use the blower in the reception area only during this time. It was not a private stay overall.

Canadian visits Asakusa
The staff were nice from the very beginning and this was my first time staying in a hostel setting. Also the guests I roomed with were nice, they went out of their way to make me feel welcome. But I found staying in the cubby or shared beds, I'd often wake up sweating as it got hot very fast.

Our stay in iza asakusa
Overall stay was nice 👍 cute ambience at the ground floor, breakfast included, friendly and helpful staffs, and they could speak english well. I just wanted to point this out though, please use the bread tong when moving the bread to its container. And have spare keys for private rooms. I think this is a must? Also, we werent able to use the top of one bunk bed because in the 4th floor quadruple room because it was right in front of the aircon. But i guess we cant do anything about that since space is limited. Im glad though that there was still an area for our luggages.
