I stayed in one of the larger rooms at the Zetter Townhouse for three nights. It was a lovely room with a comfortable queen-size bed, and 2 couches opposite each other in the sitting area. The TV is nicely hidden in a foot-end console but can be electronically raised as needed. The shower in the large bathroom is the best and the amenities very high quality. Over all I liked the décor of the room as well as the public areas. Quaint and homey with many nice details such as textiles, art pieces, china, etc. The breakfast buffet has many choices, such as fresh croissants, jam, home made yoghurt with muesli, and the rest can be ordered a la carte. I ordered an omelette with cheddar cheese and it was perfect. Lots of shopping choices, including Selfridge's, are just around the corner as is the public transportation which is what I used. Although my room was facing a street with moderate traffic during the daytime, I heard nothing of it. A real gem in Marylebone which I highly recommend.

A GEM of a boutique hotel!
I've been living/visiting London for the better part of 10 years and I can't tell you how many times I've walked right by this GEM of a boutique hotel. Prepare to be transported to Sherlock Holmes London but in a very modern and fun way. You can't beat the location-- about 2 blocks off of Oxford Street and a 2 minute walk to the Marble Arch tube stop. It's also close to all of the buses that take you either up/down Oxford street or in the general direction of Victoria Station/Harrods. I loved the interior of this hotel. Every room is completely different and eclectic and I was just in awe of the décor. My room was super comfy and quiet and the bed was enormous. The tub was delightful. The downstairs lobby/bar/lounge area was super interesting, cozy, and a bit heady. This would be the perfect spot for a couple wanting a cozy, comfortable, and slightly heady boutique hotel near shopping and easy access to transportation stops, but still on a relatively quiet street.

Comfortable rooms, great location
My husband and I stayed at the Zetter Townhouse Marylebone for one night, during a quick stop-over in London. We've stayed in many hotels in London over the years, but this one was the best - very comfortable beds with duvets and good pillows (a must for us!), a quiet and restful room with all needed amenities, excellent cocktail lounge with quirky decor and good snack-style foods, located just a block from the shops of Oxford Street and Marble Arch. There are excellent restaurants just steps away from the hotel, with a helpful list of recommendations provided by hotel staff. While our stay was short (this time), this lovely boutique property exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely return.

Very highly recommended
Excellent location - just around the corner from Marble Arch underground station, and right off Oxford Street. From the women who helped us check-in to the bar/ restaurant staff, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was good. The room decor was really fun, clean, and with modern comforts. The atmosphere was a relaxed retro-Brit, homey feel. I was there with my young daughter, but would have been just as happy with my husband or friends. There are certainly less expensive places to stay, but we very much enjoyed our visit with them.

Lovely place to stay!
A very nice place to stay. Excellent location and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and decor lovely. I chose to stay here because the reviews are good and the rooms are a decent size by London standard. The rooms are also well appointed and have everything you need. Quiet too. The cocktails at the bar were delicious. I also had soup one night, which was okay - otherwise I didn't try the food. I would stay here again.
