Worst night ever
Uncleaned room if it wasn't so late I would have found another hotel the bed was broken the shower was dirty and disgusting looking the grounds around the hotel or dirty with trash do not stay at this hotel unless it's your last resort

Horrible stay
It was horrible there was no heat in the room and there wasa sink hole in the middle of the mattress so the bed was very uncomfortable for the price of the room

I knew something was wrong when I tried to check in. There wasn't anyone the at 7pm and there was a sign that said to call. Getting past that I was told that my room wouldn't be ready for 5 minutes because they were cleaning it. The halls and common space have carpet that is grotesquely dirty. The room was disgusting. The bathroom was nasty. Stains in the bathtub, 3/4 inch of dried and cracked caulking around the sink and toilet. There were holes in the walls that had been patched by someone who just didn't care. Water stains on the ceiling. I took 10 minutes to figure out how to operate the tv. The remote couldn't change the input. I had to do it at the tv. The tv wasn't HD. The remote had grime on it. I had to leave. I had worked hard all day yet was afraid to shower. The whole place should be torn down. It's a legitimate health hazard. When I left I opened the exit door and bumped a guy smoking pot sitting on the steps. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen. Don't walk away from this place, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Sadly I am not exaggerating.

While we experiences impeccable customer service the property itself is not very kept. It is dated, dingy, smells and had guest who clearly did not adhere to smoking policies. Never again for me- even if its a quick stay as mine was. The facility set up is NOT accommodating for disabled

***AVOID, AVOID, AVOID*** This hotel is very run down, the room was very dusty, the shower had not been cleaned, there were holes in the walls in the bathroom, stains on the wall & ceilings throughout the room, there was a very nasty smell from the toilet area, the fridge was not cleaned, there was a one inch gap at the bottom of the door, the sheets had holes in them, the exterior was very run down, we had to pry additional toiletries from the management (they didn't automatically add more and we had to ask multiple times), there was no place to hang your clothes or even a coat hook, the internet was down more than it was working and we never once saw a staff member follow COVID protocols. I am amazed that the Dept of Health has not closed this hotel down. It is also very loud in the rooms - other guests moving around in the halls or their rooms - not their fault, the walls are very thin. I did not feel safe in my room. They use metal keys and I'm pretty sure that they don't change the locks between guests, so a prior guest may have a copy of the key. It's 2021, I have not stayed in a hotel that does not have electronic locks in at least 25 years. Also the towel rail hangs over the toilet, so you have a towel in your face when you're doing your business. Very disappointing. I would not stay here again - ever. ***AVOID, AVOID, AVOID***
