There were stains all over the sheets, blood drops on the bathroom walls and floor, and only one towel in the room which had hair and dirt on it.

room was not ready when I arrived. I arrived at 9:40pm and room was not ready till 11:25pm. staff worked and got a room ready but I had a reservation and had driven all day and was very tired. had problems with door and key. had to get staff to help me. cleaning lady helped me 1 time and she said its the door. the lady who worked nights very nice and friendly had nice smile.
