Worst Hotel EVER!!!!
The room was extremely small. They never serviced the room. We only received one towel and one roll of toilet paper. Cold water only in the shower. The shower door didn't close completely so water ran all over the floor. The toilet leaked and didn't always work. The bed was a mattress on a piece of wood. The (window unit) air conditioner stopped working so we had to open the un-screened in window which let bugs in that fed on us all night that left giant red welps all over me . There was only one light above the bed. No dressers, only one very tiny, dusty closet. Nobody spoke English. They lost my 50% deposit, so they charged me the full cost upon arrival, but eventually found the receipt in a pile of paper work. I called Orbitz customer service 3 times for assistance and they were absolutely NO HELP!!! I could go on, but I really don't want to relive the nightmare any longer.

Hotel muito simples e muito mal cuidado. Funciona numa construção bem antiga, funcionários não respeitam as medidas para controle do coronavirus como usar máscaras, o chuveiro não funcionava, cheiro ruim e péssima limpeza.

O hotel é terrível, instalações muito antigas, o quarto só tinha uma tomada, banheiro com vazamento, tudo com aparência de velho e sujo, fora que todos os motoristas da região comentaram ser um local utilizado para fins não muito positivos, é em uma região perigosa, proximo ao morro da providência, não tem muitas opções ao redor, enfim, não volto nunca mais.
