Check in process was disappointing. We arrived while a group was checking and while we waited in the waiting area, a staff member tried to check us in; staff member kept coming back and forth between her and her desk rather than having us sit at her desk. It made for a very chaotic and unprofessional setting as she could not find our reservation and just kept backing walk and forth between the waiting area and her desk. She never once asked us to sit at her desk to facilitate the process. Hotel does not have hot water and this was a major drawback. Water was lukewarm at best. Hotel is older and quaint but the facilities need to be updated as carpet was stained, walls need repainting, trash bins need replacing and the tile in bathrooms need to be redone. I don’t think their nightly rate warrants the accommodations they are offering.

Great hotel, close to historic downtown
This was a great experience, got a room before normal check in time (3pm), arrived at noon. Staff was very helpful and friendly, great food and hotel amenities.

Todo muy bien y agradable, excepto que deben renovar instalaciones eléctricas y del baño. También mejorar el área de business center, no hay una pc decente y/o funcional.

No tienen calefacción, las instalaciones están viejísimas, los colchones malísimos! El personal es muy amable pero seguro hace más de 10 años No le dan mantenimiento al hotel ! No vayan en invierno es heladisimo !
