I barely used any of the facilities, so no comment on those apart from the kettle and the bathroom. The noise from outside was quite loud, and there was some commotion in the halls late at night, including someone pressing my buzzer in the middle of the night. The bed was clean and comfy, with clean towels. The shower was fine, although there is only complimentary shampoo and conditioner (no body wash). There were some problems with light fixtures. The main light took a few minutes to warm up and turn on, and there is an electrical fault with the reading lights above the bed meaning that the left one turns on the right one. The WiFi was excellent! I managed to get a lot of work done in the evening before bed.

The room was well equipped and would make a long stay comfortable (fridge, laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen), and the location was great to get anywhere in London. We wanted to give 5 stars, but the bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable, and my partner thought the pillows were subpar. Staff were friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop our luggage pre-check in time.

Very Nice place to stay!

There are stairs that you have to navigate, however, there is a lift (elevator) for luggage and going up n down if you are slightly limited. Overall, the staff was WONDERFUL, ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. Senket was so helpful, my mom and i truly appreciated his help!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Crane Court. The lower studio apartment was perfect for our needs, a big plus having the washer/dryer and kitchen. Very clean throughout, and any questions were answered swiftly by the wonderful Andra. Location excellent, within walking distance of Covent Garden and St Paul's, with a local Tesco about five minutes away and transport aplenty. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the unit itself and it is in a very convenient location. My main issue was that I was looking for a quiet place. It is in an office courtyard and while quiet during the day, every night there were people in the courtyard partying or whatever for several hours at night, from about 10 pm to 2 am. I would not stay there again because I could not sleep

Only constructive comment, bed mattress quality is so so and the apartment could use AC. Besides that, perfect. And City2stay staff have been exemplary in responding by email or phone to any booking or apartment issues or questions we had including reaching out for forgotten glasses. Really recommended

Location is good. However there is no onsite property manager or counter. No luggage storage and do not have the warm atmosphere of welcome like the hotel. Need to email the staff to turn on the stove. Checkin time is not flexible. We stayed there for 4 days, no house keeping. No garbage collection bin outside the unit. All garbage will stay in your for the length of your stay. Need to pay $40 for house keeping on top of the cleaning fee you already paid in the booking. Actual room is smaller than the pictures on the website
