apartments are excellent. check in was a pain. they want you to pre register and have an app for the key which you need to download and then it wants access to everything in your phone - tracking, Siri etc. we did not pre check in so took a long time. i understand what they are trying to do, but maybe explain in the property description when i book rather than random text messages sending a link to put in details including ID and credit card. also have an easier way to check in if people have not filled out pre detail. nice room and convenient for everything
