Hotel’s staff is very friendly. Buffet breakfast was tasty, they even offered freshly squeezed juice using the choice of your vegetable. Only drawback is the location, but far to walk to the city’s touristy old town, also the hotel is right next to several train tracks.

Great stay in Vicenza

Great hotel around 20 minutes walking from the Old Town. Big and comfortable rooms with new bathroom and all the required amenities. Delicious breakfast with homemade sweet treats, omelettes and cold cuts. The restaurant on the ground floor is a must-try.

The room was average but, clean. Carpet could be updated as there were stains on the carpet taking away from the atmosphere of the room. Balcony was nice and great place to sit and read and have your coffee. The TV did not work in the room, which was not a big deal for us. The amenities; pool, sauna did not appear useful. Sauna was not working and pool was very small. We did use the gym and it was ok. The restaurant was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered a continental breakfast which was good. Overall, a good place to stay. We recommend it.

I was looking for a comfortable hotel for a stop over during a road trip and was super happy to have selected this hotel as an option. Parking is included and on the premises, the room was spacious, but the highlight was the breakfast the next morning, with a lot of options!! The restaurant downstairs was a good option since I was tired and did not want to go into the city. Only strange thing was that there was no shower cabin, so that after showering the whole bathroom was wet.

Great Hotel - ideally placed.

Lovely hotel, well within walking distance to Vicenza centre. The room was lovely and clean, it overlooked the train station and the car park but the room was really quiet. Breakfast was good. The lady with blonde hair that was working in reception at check in was excellent! Absolutely first class service and she could not have done any more to help. Fantastic service with a smile. I will definitely stay here again.

Vincenza sightseeing base & comfort

The hotel is wonderful as a base to see Vicenza - on the 10 bus which goes to & from town (otherwise a 15 min scenic walk along a canal and the local football stadium) & they let us leave our luggage for a few hours after check out so we got in a second day of marvellous museums & churches showing brilliance from Palladio to Bellini (late check out also possible). We bought the half board package, so had a gourmet three course dinner at the leading restaurant on the ground floor & a cooked breakfast with delicious omelette & pastries by reception. The were various pools & hot tubs but didn’t have time to lounge!

I have it a higher than average rating due to the staff being very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent and gave very large portions of food. I tried the gnocchi with salmon and the grilled salmon with a side of grilled vegetables and both were very good. There were hot water issues and AC issues the first night but both were fixed by morning. The particular room we stayed in did have older stained carpet, so it appeared not clean. Parking was no issue for our rented car due to the parking lot being large.

Comfortable Vicenza Hotel

This hotel is a very good value in Vicenza. The location is good and a 30 minute walk to the center of town. There is a very good market and restaurant attached to the hotel. Everything is clean and includes a terrific breakfast. If you are a light sleeper, the train may wake you up, but it is something we got used to after 5 days. This hotel is a definite YES when in Vicenza. The train is 30 minutes to Verona and Padova, and 50 minutes to Venice.

Cronaca di una ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE. Prenotiamo la camera Luxury per il weekend vedendo le foto di uno spettacolare balcone in camera con Jacuzi e Piscina. Arriviamo e la camera che ci viene assegnata non ha nulla a che fare con le foto relative alla camera: ha un tanfo di sigaretta pestilenziale, come se una intera comitiva di persone avesse appena finito di fumare dentro. Il tetto ha una zona intera che cade a pezzi con vernice scrostata, di certo nulla adeguato ad un 4 stelle superior... Il balcone poi è totalmente diverso e presenta solo una Jacuzy, ma nulla di quel che si vede in foto. Alla reception ci dicono che... Ooops... Hotels.com ha pubblicato le foto sbagliate e l'area terrazzo attrezzata c'è ma è alle spalle della reception (e non è neanche curata come in foto). L'addetto si scusa, ma non può fare nulla e contatterà la dirigenza. Noi decidiamo di non restare e prenotiamo da un'altra parte. Passano due giorni e nessuno si fa vivo, per cui chiamo e mi viene detto che la dirigenza non riconosce il problema e non rimborsano nulla. Contatto Expedia che però, essendo passati 2gg (strano eh...) oramai è tardi, ma ci proverà. Dopo qualche giorno mi rispondono che la dirigenza non ha voluto cedere e pace. Io sinceramente mi sento TRUFFATO da questa struttura: camera che non corrisponde alle foto, sporca e puzzolente. La direzione che combinazione non risponde giusto il tempo per far scadere il tempo... Sto valutando possibili azioni legali. ALLA LARGA!!!!

Struttura pulita e curata ubicata in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Parcheggio ampio e comodissimo in quanto adiacente all’hotel. L’hotel dispone del ristorante ed di un negozio di alimentari adiacente con molti prodotti locali e di qualità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Un valore aggiunto è sicuramente rappresentato dalla colazione, eccellente come qualità e variegata, servita e coordinata da due ragazze super gentili, attente e professionali.
