4th time staying really disliked the fact

    Really nice room
The room was very clean and well stocked. My only complaint is that $25 a night is expensive to pay per dog.

    Not was I was expecting
Room was in serious need of updating. Missing paint areas on bathroom doors and doorways, upstairs shower was so tiny my elbows touched each wall while washing (and forget trying to shave your legs!), downstairs tub/shower had drainage issue and water pooled in the tub while showering. Room has potential to be really nice and has a cabin-like feel, which I liked. The jacuzzi bath upstairs was surprisingly nice, clean and comfortable considering the condition of the room. I expected my $350 for 2 nights to be spent on a nicer room. Location is nice and convenient to restaurants and attractions without being right in the middle of all the congestion of Pigeon Forge.

    Its just ok!
It was an ok place to stay. Its handy and it has that going for them. I like that its right on the river walking trail. The kids like having the loft...its fun for them. They are very cheap with their breakfast that they make you ask for...and when traveling with 4 kids, we depend on our hotel breakfast quite often. Front desk workers could do some cheering up. The rooms and surroundings are run down and its too expensive for what you get.

The front desk lady not rude but not friendly, the wife complained the bed was firm but I slept great lol. The walls are paper thin so you can hear a lot, but the walkability factor is huge. That’s why we stay here regularly when we visit the area.

    Great room. But horrible dogs!!
It was great other than the dogs barking all night and morning. We stayed in the honeymoon suite and to spend the money on being woken up and kept up by dogs was aggravating

    Will return again
Very nice stay. The room had a few things broken and needed more light but overall it fit our family perfectly. It was really roomy with the loft and nice having two bathrooms.

We booked this hotel very last minute and were very happy they had availability and how close Timbers Lodge was to everything. The staff were very nice and accomodating- especially we asked to stay an additional night and they were able to shuffle things around to allow us to do so. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.

    Not as I thought
First of all. Parking for a three story hotel is very little. We stayed two nights and both nights we had trouble finding parking when we arrived at the hotel. The second night I went into the office and asked what we were to do. The lady told me to just park in the handicap spot even though I don’t have a handicap tag😡. The shower takes forever to get hot and hardly has any water pressure. Also, no heat in the bathroom. A baby roach was crawling on the lamp shade. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Do not think you are going to get any maid services other trash removed and coffee refilled if staying for more than one night even though you pay a fee for each night you stay. Outside looks good inside the rooms different story especially the bathroom. It is old and needs some work. However, great location and very easy access to the island.
