Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, an IHG Hotel

The staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel was perfect for our three night stay. It has a fresh and casual feel while at the same time being very clean and up to date in amenities. Breakfast included is great, also wifi, and a tea/coffee/water station in the lobby. Not too far from any of the theme parks, and is on the trolley bus route. Only thing we found is that the address slightly confuses the uber drivers so give yourself a couple of extra minutes while they locate you.

We paid for the Free Breakfast but we didn’t got any breakfast and there was no Room cleaning service also and the lady on the reception said that this is a 3rd party fault which is Hotels.com didn’t cleared anything while selling the Rooms So overall I have to spend more money on the Breakfast outside for my family

Great clean hotel for our families trip to Seaworld! My daughter loved watching the roller coasters from the hotel and we loved the cleanliness of the hotel and how convenient it was to the park as well as places to eat.

Super frustrating to stay at this Hotel. Spent 8 days here. Could not get clean bedding once the whole time we stayed. They make you line the halls with your garbage and dirty towels then make you beg them to get clean ones. Staff was not friendly a bit!! They say they still offer free breakfast but that’s a joke as well. It wasn’t worth the money for sure! Won’t stay there again:(

This is a newer hotel, and it was very nice and clean. The rooms were good, and the beds were comfortable. The description says the hotel is a 7-minute walk to Sea World, but that's not true. Yes, you can walk across the street and touch the back gates of Sea World, but you can not walk to the front gate where the entrance is.....just FYI. The parking is free, but it fills up fast. We had to park in the back of the hotel, and they did not have security lights. Well, they had the lights, but they didn't turn the lights on. Some of the staff needs more training. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told the rooms weren't ready, but they were keeping a wait list for check-ins. So the lady wrote my name on a sheet of paper and said I was #11 on the list.....whatever. About an hour later, she assigned me a room. All was fine the first night. But the second night, after a long day in the parks, my room key didn't work. So I went to the front desk, and the lady said I was in the computer as a "no-show" and they had given my room away. WHAT??? I told her we left all of our stuff in the room that morning because we obviously checked in the night before, so what happened to our stuff? She said the people who were assigned the room came back down and said the room was being used because they saw our things in there. So the hotel gave a room key to strangers who had free access to our belongings!!! I was so irate!!!!

We had a three night stay. Everything was good. The kids loved the pool. The bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was they did not clean the room during the stay so towards the end of it the trash was getting piled up. I over heard other guests frustrated about this as well. Probably due to covid but there was nothing posted in the room or mentioned by the front desk while checking in. Would still stay again!

I went to Checkin and The Front Desk person tell me they are Sorry But they were Booked!!! I zaiz how could that be if I had a Reservation. He said I wasn't going to be charged since. I didn't stay tgere but they sure did pricessed my credut card. This was totally unacceptable!!!
