Convenient location and very helpful stuff
The hotel is very well placed and although the staff didn't speak English really they were very helpful. My only complaint really is that the housekeeping leaves a bit to be desired. There were some days where I left to do not disturb and my room wasn't cleaned that day which is fine. The days that it should have been cleaned I noticed that the floors were not vacuumed. Overall look good stay

Pleasant two night stay with breakfast
Check in went well considering the front desk doesn´t speak english. The little spanish I know was helpful. Our room was a bit on the small size. bathroom was good with an excellent shower. Breakfast was included and it was ample enough to start the day. I would stay here again.

The hotel was fine and clean. Nothing bad but nothing great. My real problem was when I went to check out and they check my room. I used a small hand towel to wipe off some suave from a burger I got upstairs. They where upset and said they couldn’t clean it. They wanted to charge me. Big picture… how do they wash their towels and sheets then?!!! If sauce is a problem. Disgusting

No hot shower at night or the next morning. Cold shower in the morning was pretty unpleasant. Poor internet connection in the rooms so the streaming service for the tv doesn’t work. Spoke to staff about it and he just shrugged his shoulders….

Terrible wifi reception, a/c did not work, no tv channels, staff unhelpful when asked questions especially when we needed help after having our phone stolen. The area itself is full of graffiti and does not look at all like a tourist destination at all.
