What a negative surprise.
After waiting in a long line, we got our key card, went up and discovered a backpack with someone’s passport in it. We immediately went back to the front desk and we were assured, after a mysterious phone call, that it was our room. We went back up and the backpack was gone but it looked as though someone had taken a nap on the bed. Room 127. Made us feel uncomfortable for the security of the room and COVID germs. We were too tired to go back down again, wait in a line to get another room. Unacceptable.

Amazing hotel stay
The hotel staff were so friendly and super helpful with all my requests. The service was amazing, and my room was very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities like the pool, Hamman, and sauna were available until late in the evening and were relaxing and super clean. I would highly recommend staying at Pullman’s, as the airport transfers are so close and no taxi needed and the hotel had a restaurant for meals at all hours, 24 room service, pool, sauna, Hamman, work room, bar, fitness gym. So many great options for work or for leisure. I will definitely being staying there again. My stay was so relaxing!
