Finding a Tranquil Place
I love this hotel - it's tranquil, friendly and a hotel where you can de-stress! Don't expect five star facilities, but enjoy the wonderful surroundings, as well the history of the place and good service.

Quiet and peaceful
ZESA is a challenge for all hotels in Zim. Food was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Why no Coke Zero or other non sugar drinks for diabetic guests? Why no powder milk with the tea and coffee sachets? Why no hot water in the shower, though there was in the bath and basin? Comfortable bed, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Car park is a long way for elderly, handicapped guests to walk.

it was ok but was dissapointed when i got to the hotel there was no reservation. lucky enough there was a free room. thought you had arranged everything. then nyanga is cold and there was cold water for bathing at times. electricity blackouts...the meals were not soooo good
