We had never been here before. Pascal was very helpful we took his advise (and asked it often). Had a great trip. Breakfasts were very good aswell

Convenient and Clean, great host.
Great stay with Pascal. We stayed in the delux apartment with my family including 3 children and there was plenty of space. There are stairs however in the apartment that are slippery, so be careful with young children. Location was great and close to most things in Brussels which we found to be the best part of our stay. Parking is hit and miss if arriving by car, and could be frustrating due to high volumes of traffic. Would stay with Pascal again, just need to make sure you clarify cost up front as B&B doesn't necessarily mean breakfast is included, which cost us an extra (unexpected) 90€.

Our host Pascal was very helpful and accomodating. Nicely equipped apartment. Brussels is a beautiful city. People from all over the world who are genteel and friendly. Stay at Bed and Breakfast Leopold II, when you come!

Great experience! Great value for the $!
Love my stay. I came here for a dance event. I got the architect room which has a great decor and ambience. This place is unique in his style. It is just renovated. The owner Pascal is great and a very welcoming host. The breakfast was very good. I felt like staying in my house. I had fresh products and a nice selection of Belgium jams + Nutella;)! Perfect Stay! Will def come back.

Very Good8.0
Quiet hotel, nice service
We had a big, clean room that was nicely decorated, and a view of the street. The room is in a typical old Belgian style row-house. Pascal was very helpful to us for recommending places to go and how to get around. There's not much going on in the neighborhood as far as nightlife, but it's not far from downtown or the subway.
