Lovely house and a warm welcome
Just one night but it was very enjoyable and comfortable. The room had a 4 poster and a single which were in-keeping with the house decorations, but the best thing were the internal window shutters which made the room very dark and quiet so we got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was superb and we had a huge choice of both cereals and locally sourced sausages and bacon. The only downside was the ensuite used a macerator which did smell slightly but not enough to be unpleasant.

Birthday night away
Fabulous listed building with lovely original features. Owners are friendly and can’t do enough. Really nice room and quiet at night so slept well. Great breakfast and couldn’t fault location. Was ideal for us to get into Bath quickly. I would highly recommend this B and B.

Hidden gem of the southwest
This was a hidden gem we stumbled upon. We had no idea the rich amount of history in the house alone, let alone the local area. English kings have stayed and had ceremonies in this house! The breakfast room is a time capsule to the late 1600s and the hosts are fantastic people, rich in knowledge of the place as well as warm, friendly hospitality. If you have no plan of what to do in the southwest and nowhere to start, start here. It'll be a museum and B&B in one stay.
