Recommend new weather stripping around door. Recommend improved drainage by front, repaint parking lines, fix card key to equal length of stay, provide additional coffee for more than one day stay. Overall, satisfactory room. Would stay there again.

Very clean!
The motel is older but the rooms are exceptionally clean. The fridge and microwave and TV all work well. Bed was comfy. I have only stayed in two motels in B-ridge and this was was the cleanest and least expensive.

Short trip
When we arrived at the room it was extremely hot. The AC had only recently been turned on. Texas gets really hot in the summer. The bed was hard, but we were tired. I received an email explaining the rules for having no pets. Come to find out they do allow pets with a fee. The website also conveyed the information as well. It was a quick trip so we dealt with the inconvenience. Also the commode was really short. My husband is 6’3.

Need to upgrade facility
The facilities are aged and in need of an update. We have stayed here a lot over the years. The conditions of the beds have degraded. The last couple of stays we have had a double bed and one of them has been broken in different rooms. I have told the owner about it and there seems be little effort to correct the issue.

It is OK for one night stay.
Manger was very nice. It's an old place. Carpet needed a good cleaning. Touch up painting would be nice. BAD smell coming up form the sink drain when water is running. Though, the AC works great !

Did not like anything about this property unfortunately. Rooms were hot (but we’re in Texas so that’s ok). We brought Clorox wipes and wiped door knobs, light switches & pretty much everything else. Wipes were filthy with dirt and yellow. The refrigerators were very dirty with hair.

About the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in
Check in was a joke. The people barely speak discernible English. Key card access required assistance from the office and some finagling when we need it in the room. Room was ridiculously hot when we arrived and the air conditioner took almost 2 full hours to cool down the room to a reasonable temperature. Dingy yellow towels provided. Luckily we were able to go to the front office and exchange them for seemingly cleaner ones. Shower head at chest level for a average height male, so a bit awkward showering. Room parents and decor was something out of the 1970s Overall experience was not good at all, but it did provide us the bare minimum which was a place to sleep. Not a bad deal if you just need a place to sleep and don’t care about comfort or quality.
