I really loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and kindly assisted me during my stay. My room was a good size and very comfortable. I appreciated the generous happy hour drinks in the lovely lounge area. After a day sightseeing in the snow, it is a relaxing feature of this hotel. I will certainly stay here again!!

Good size rooms, clean, comfortable beds and reasonable walking distance to a few of the tourist areas. The hotel goes the extra mile by having happy hour in the afternoon and provide some free drinks for their guest. The hotel has an onsen that you have to reserve a time for, which is perfect for those people who want to try an onsen but aren't comfortable with going in with people they don't know.

In this COVID-19 era, they fully took care of the safety. The large bathroom was used by reserved customers only, and the restaurant as well. That means, their cleanliness is reliable.

Very conveniently located hotel just down from the Motomachi part of Hakodate. Very clean, excellent service and efficient service. Be sure to reserve with breakfast - probably the best I've had at any hotel in this price range in 35 years of travel. You won't regret staying here!

Wonderful hotel. Close to many of Hakodate sights, trams and dining options. Huge room for Japan. Spotlessly clean. Helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Lovely touches like free bar in the evening with canapés. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel and will recommend to anyone
This small hotel is a hidden gem in Hakodate. Staff is so friendly and service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is the best among hundreds of hotels that we have stayed all over the world. Apparently, no details is missed and everything is paid enough attention. There is even a happy hour in the lobby serving wine, shots, and beer. If there is anything to be picky it would be the bed but that is totally individually preferred.
