Clean, spacious room, and obviously affordable. Unfortunately, the walls are thin, and the guy next to me has been chatting very loudly--sometimes laughing, sometimes screaming--non-stop since 9 p.m.. It's now 3:40 a.m., and I can't sleep. :(

Nice apartment with laundry facility.
I was pleasantly surprised that the two hot and humid days we stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor in the Westwood residence, facing the parking, not the pond, were comfortable. It's probably because I voiced my concern on booking and reserved a fan as there was no AC. Upon arrival, there were two window fans and one stand up fan. Apartment was clean and nice, rooms were good size... Very comfortable. Laundry on the same floor...two washers, two dryers with big capacity. $1 each...what a bargain! I bought detergent and dryer sheets at the check-in for$1 each. There was an ironing board and iron. Kitchen had microwave, toaster and kettle, and a container with the standard cooking equipment and dishes plus washing detergent. The tea towels didn't appear to be washed and they forgot to put toilet paper which I asked for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Main lobby of the residence was not air conditioned but had vending machines. There was a work order put in for the ice machine found on the third floor which is the same as the check-in desk/lobby. Third floor because the building is on a hill and the front of the building is on higher ground than the back. There is always ice cold lemon water in the lobby and coffee in the morning. Can't beat the price. I would stay here again.

Price is right, very “meh” stay.
Very hot and no AC, had to buy a fan. Trash wasn’t emptied for 4 days, partially cleaned once in 6 days. Building kinda run down and mattress not comfortable.
